Apartments Villa Bionda are fully equipped to provide you with all the necessary amenities during your vacation in Novigrad.

The less additional accessories and things you need to bring with you, the less stressful will the preparation be. It will be faster and easier, and your vacation will be longer and more pleasant. Regardless of whether it is about the children (crib, feeding chair) or about small everyday habits (morning coffee: filter, mocca or espresso, toast, grill) we thought of your complete comfort. Kitchens are equipped with all the necessary appliances and small inventory, if you wish to cook yourselves. Home bathrobes, slippers, and beach towels are also at your disposal.

If there is something missing or something we have accidentally forgotten Edi and Marinko are here to try to fulfil all your wishes. See the list of features and if there is something that is not listed and you might need, feel free to contact us by email. We will do our best to provide it for you, so that you could rest carefree and come back to us next year.

The apartments “Villa Bionda” were completely renovated in 2019, taking into consideration your complete experience of Novigrad and Istria.

The villa consists of 5 apartments of 60 m2 and 1 studio apartment of 40 m2. Apartments are fully equipped to make you- our dear guests enjoy a carefree vacation.

Villa Bionda, located near the main city square “Veliki Trg”, just a few steps from the sea and the shade of the Novigrad’s Diocese Park, guarantees a pleasant and relaxing vacation in Novigrad and Istria.

Stella and Marinko are at your disposal for all the questions during the holiday - organization of excursions, visits to famous Istrian wine cellars, recommendations of restaurants and taverns,... We enjoy good wines, prepare Istrian specialties, we are founders of the famous Novigrad tavern “Gatto Nero”, simply said the Hedonists who will share their experiences with you. Except Croatian, we speak English, German, Italian and Russian.

Novigrad, a small fishing town, with irresistible charm and rich historical and cultural heritage, leaves no one cold. Narrow small streets characterized by colourful facades, a tower rising above the city, beautiful coastline and city walls framing the story of this city, will provide you with an almost intimate atmosphere of small Mediterranean towns.

Due to its favourable position and fertile hinterland, Novigrad has been inhabited since antiquity, and in the course of history many peoples laid claims on it. City’s crenelated walls dating back to the 13th century witness the rich historical legacy, and a large part of it is now located in the Lapidarium museum, whose rich collection tells the story about the city’ identity.

While exploring the historic layers of Novigrad you will find friendly hosts, art galleries, shops of authentic Istrian delicacies, as well as restaurants with a great gastronomic offer. Parks, promenades by the sea, bike paths and beauty of the hinterland will also make your stay in this city as pleasant as possible.
