The family house Vila Jure, located in the small village Kremenici, near Malinska, has been renovated in a traditional rustic style. In the back garden, there are olive trees, an outdoor hot tub (brand HotSpring Summit) with deck chairs, a swing and an assembled swimming pool.

There are also a billiards table and a table-tennis table in a cellar, as well as an outdoor grill. On the first floor there are living room and dining room with kitchen, and on the top floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There is a special offer for guests staying in Villa Jure – a possibility to use a house owners’ fenced land plot by the sea, of 11 000 square meters, which is a perfect spot for swimming and exploring nature, and only 10 minutes drive from holiday house Villa Jure.
